An emergency meeting will be held on Friday, February 6th to vote on whether or not to rent computers due to a recent hacking in the school’s computer system.

For 22 years, the school has had a “Yearbook Day”, in which seniors pick up their yearbooks, and have a signing party in the gym.

“Even if the yearbook company cut us a break, we would risk not getting the book back before school ended.” Rodney Stephens, yearbook adviser said, “That would essentially kill an important tradition at the school.”

It seems the entire school agrees that Yearbook Day is an important tradition. Although, the yearbook staff isn’t worried about the deadline.

“We were confident this would not be a problem.” Alexis Zavia, editor of the yearbook said, “In fact, before this computer hacking problem, we were ahead of schedule.”

Yearbook Day means a lot to the seniors, they look forward to the party.

“Yearbook Day is one of the highlights of senior year.” Senior, Reggie White said. “Yearbook day is more popular than prom.”

I like you article, and it is very well worded, but take out the is.
